Make
it your goal to spend a length of time in the Bible rather than the
quantity of reading. I.e. 10 minutes rather that one chapter. Set a
timer if helpful.
Get to know a few key passages well. Marinate in them. Memorize sections of scripture.
Start in the Gospels. (Matthew, Mark, Luke or John)
