When stressed we typically seek to manage it by 1) trying to mentally block it 2) avoiding it with various distractions or 3) self-medicating. Paul shows us God's better solution: 1) prayer and 2) Christian meditation. Want peace - God promises it when we trust him and fill our lives with his truth.
